There was one house that we speculated was owned by drug dealers - or it was a "grow op" .... with a Jaq in the garage and no furniture in the house!!! There was the house that smelled of cat pee from one end to the other. The house that smelled musty and damp - and when we opened a door to "storage" we found the wet cement and mold. And all of them asking much much more than our little house in the burbs.
So at 6 p.m last evening W started the"negotiations". By 9:30 p.m. it was over and we are the proud new owners of the little house we saw on Day 1.
I have loads of pictures of it......... but it will all have to wait till I get home. The important thing is........... we have our new home!
