One Thing After Another......

Sometimes I just get overwhelmed ........ and that's where I am right now........

Sometimes life just gets too much for me to deal with.

Sometimes I feel like I am pulled in so many different directions -- too many different directions.

Sometimes I feel like I need a break from life.


  1. I think that is normal and healthy. Can you spare some time for yourself, even just a couple hours? Go to your apartment. Take a bath. Read a book. Do something purely for yourself and take that break!

  2. Sending positive vibes your way. Hopefully that feeling of being overwhelmed will leave you soon. Take care of yourself.
