And it's Friday - my favourite day of the week..... it's MY day!!
I shower and shave and manicure and pamper....... no pressure ... no schedules... just time for me.
IF I was the type - I would sit and eat bonbons and watch movies ....... it's just that kinda of day. The best part on THIS Friday - the sun is out!! YAY!!

DeleteIndirectly. Significant faith day (Orthodox Easter) plus not enough teachers or supplies due to Covid, so they moved to online for the day. I am shocked I haven't caught it yet. The custodial staff is down to 1 person in the day, 2 in the evening, so NOTHING is cleaned or sanitized.

ReplyDeleteI miss the days of hubby working Monday to Friday. The days mean nothing when his schedule is so erratic, and I can work day or night, 7 days a week. Whoever heard of having "Friday" night on a Monday? Boring!
yeah well I'm retired so every day is pretty much the same - but on Friday the lil one goes to her mom - the house is cleaned the messages/groceries are all done - it's my FREE day :)

lucky you Roz - what holiday do you celebrate now?? and I am jealous of your ability to sleep in... we get up all week at 5:15 and my internal alarm clock (better known as have to pee clock) waked me even on the weekends
DeleteLoL, yep, my pee clock unfortunately works well to, but I can easily jump back into bed and go back to sleep, though sometimes it takes a little while. Monday is ANZAC day in Australia and New Zealand. Our remembrance/veterans day.
