It's Monday - AGAIN

It's Monday - again !  BUT somehow this Monday seems to hold more promise than the least 16 Mondays.

We had a good family weekend....... ate lots of pizza on Friday night with eldest daughter and SIL - from our absolutely favourite snack shop (as it is called).  There wasn't anything we have ordered that wasn't done to perfection - from chicken wings (my absolute favourite!!) to fish and chips to pizza.  Did you notice I used the past tense? Cause on Saturday morning Sir Steve and the lil one drove into town and our Snack Shop had burned to the ground - colour me VERY sad.

The weather was kind of crappy this weekend - loads of rain on Saturday - mind you we really needed it....... Sunday was showery but the sun did peak out around dinner time and we managed to have a family fire at eldest daughter's site.... with roasted marshmallows.

The lil one made some friends.  I have said it before and will say it again....... these kids really do have social distancing down to a science.  They went bike riding - creating wonderful adventures like finding dragons... to playing hide 'n seek ... to playing marco polo in the pool.  Unfortunately the 2 lil friends are only here for a week -- but hey one week is better than nothing.

Sir Steve hinted at some pleasures he's been missing.  MY GOD!!  we have to be the worst at communicating our needs - sexual needs that is.  Next weekend I am hoping for a whole lot of 'reconnecting' and experimenting and laughter coming from our trailer.  Am hoping that the old adage 'if the trailer is rockin, don't come a knockin' will be applied to our trailer. (grinning)
