I am here to admit I definitely over did it on Wednesday and especially on Thursday.
Thursday's 40 minute walk through the woods with camera was definitely not a leisurely stroll around the block.
I spent yesterday paying the price for my excursion - curled up on the sofa and slept the day away...............
The information from the hospital says 6 weeks recovery time - that was WEEKS - NOT days (le sigh)
If you need me - I'll be sitting over here in the corner with the dunce cap on - maybe writing lines "I will not rush my recovery. I will not rush my recover."
Morningstar, Pointy hat and corner time-don't "beat" yourself up to much. You are not strong enough, W will have to take care of that in about six weeks (smile). Rest and relax. Hugs, Sharon

From someone who took much longer than 6 weeks to recover......that is probably a minimum
