Believe it or not - tomorrow is the 1st of December. W hasn't let me turn on any lights - or really put up any decorations cause it isn't the 1st of December. ( There may be some method to his madness - I am now chomping at the bit to get the lights on and the decorations up!!)
Anyway................
In the past, on the 1st of December, I have decorated The Journey for the season and tried (operative word being TRIED) to write an entry every day from the 1st to the 24th.
So ............... my question to you (my readers) are you ready??
It's time to start the CELEBRATIONS!
Yes, we're ready. We have our Advent calendar up, and for once, the beginning of Advent coincides with the number of days till Christmas. Our lights went on last week; Ron couldn't wait, and wanted us to be the first people on the block with lights.

Well I got some Christmas cards this week and have been shopping for presents (but I know that I will still be running around at the last minute, before I have them all), so I say yes, Christmas has started.
