 Question #2

Jazzlyn RayneI do not make these - nor do I particularly like them.  But here is a recipe for you.  As for the sweet red sauce - I am not sure what you mean.  I have only seen them with red bean sauce in the center.

 Mochi

2 1/3 cups glutinous rice flour
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup of water

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.  Add the water and stir till a smooth ball forms.  Then coat hands in rice flour and knead till very smooth

Break off pieces and form in oval balls.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.  Add a few of the rice balls at a time.  Boil for 2 - 3 minutes - until they float to the top.  Remove from water and drain.

 Question #3

I have a question. I am also a great fan of corsets. What is the best way to put one on and take it off, both when you have help and solo. I am sure there is a knack with those fiddly hook things I just do not seem to have it

I really do hate to disappoint - but I have no idea how to get in or out of my corsets by myself........... which is a huge disappointment to me.

I was told that with practice I would be able to grab the ties in the back and then by doing a whole lot of wiggling and a whole lot of pulling / contorting I would master tightening the corset.  Yay??!!  I don't think so..............

The first problem is trying to get those fiddly hook things (see picture above) done up.  I get half done up and then when I am attempting to get the others done - the first ones unpop.  There is nothing - and I do mean NOTHING - more frustrating.

I have been told to start at the top..........
I have been told to start at the bottom.........
I have been told to start in the middle..........
All with the same result.......... they pop open again.

And as for all that wiggling and jiggling to tie it up oneself.......... I just don't think I can get it as tight as someone else can.

And once in - one would think it would be as easy as pie to get out of it right??
WRONG!  I was warned that unless the corset is loosened by a good 2 inches - trying to get the hooks undone could/would result in damage / possible breakage to the corset.

So what's a girl to do??????? Find someone who can get the damn hook thingies done up and is a good lacer.   And then pray you have someone close at hand when it is time to rip that lovely piece of fabric and molding steel boning off......... cause I don't know about anyone else - but when I have had enough ......... I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!

So unfortunately I have no words of wisdom Hil........ except find a really close friend to hook and tie you into your corset and hang around to unhook and untie you once the evening is over........

  2. Darn it, I was hoping you would have an answer for the corset problem! I've mastered the hooks, but the tightening is beyond me. I'm told there are some very useful videos on youtube, though.
As for the hooks - I have a strange system in which I do up the bottom and top hooks, which allows me to do up the second from the top, undo the bottom, and then do the rest from the top down. Sort of like trying to get a fox, a goose, and a bag of feed across the river in a boat that only holds one at a time :P

  5. I do have a more serious question, BDSM related. How has introducing BDSM into your relationship effected it, what things have changed? How has it made it better, and is there anything you find difficult with it in your dynamic?

  6. I think you're not alone in this problem, ladies: I have fond memories of one memorable party where Master got asked by four other ladies if he would lace them into their corsets. He's pretty strong so laced them in tightly (as tightly as they wanted anyway), but by the end of the evening, his fingers were aching! He still had a smile on his face though, he loves lacing someone in!
