Saturday night Fever

Saturday Night Fever or... how electricity lit up my night.........

i thought (yay yay i know.. subbies shouldn't think) that i had made a narrow escape Friday evening from the evils of electro play......... So when we packed up the car to go into town for the Loft/play party i was feeling rather smug and safe..and secure.

The evening started off with chit chat and get acquainted (re-acquainted) with folks... good food .. and lots of laughter. i have to be honest and admit my eyes kept straying to what they called their Christmas Cross (because of the Christmas lights outlining it) and the first twinges of need began to grow in my gut.. the need to feel the wood under my skin.. the need to feel the whip.. the need to feel the pain and know .. KNOW.. i could take it....

But after dinner our gracious host started to bring out his electro play kit.. i found myself edging just a little further down the bar.. further away... pretending interest.. but secretly wanting to disappear.

There was a lot of fussing and laying down of wires and hooking the wires up to gadgets.. the most terrifying gadget (for me anyway) was the on off box.. not switch.. but big grey box... and the clunking sound it made as the red switch was moved from the off position to the on position was enough to make this subbie run for cover (the ladies room seemed an ideal place)

BUT in all honesty folks.. the chap who was connected to all these wires and electricity had the same belief system as Sir..... small baby steps. He knew of the one bad experience i had had in the past with electro play.... so He walked me through some rather fun experiments...

There was the "hold the metal spoon and don't move" trick

There was the hold the light bulb and don't move trick

Then as my confidence had grown in our host and his abilities.. and the fact nothing "bad" had happened just yet .. and because i LOVE Christmas so much.. i was cajoled into trying the Christmas garland trick...

Now i have to say that even Sir's expert photo abilities couldn't catch the sparks that were flying from the garland to my arm .. arcing and spitting .. and buzzing my arm. It was all very dramatic and fun.. yes yes i said "fun"..

i was ready for something a little bit more technical.. a little less glitzy.. i was ready for ........... the violet wand !!! and i have to admit.. our host kept the power level low... and was making all these pretty sparks up and down my arm... and i said "more please"... (god !!! sounding for all the world like Oliver Twist - may i have some more please!!) And of course both Sir and our Host were more than happy to oblige.......... so the paraphernalia got cranked up...... and the sparks flew......... i am hoping if you look real close.. (really really close and hard ) you will see some pretty purple sparks flying from the glass wheel to my arm..........

Our host decided my time of "torture " was up......... so i moved aside and let others have a look.. a taste. i moved down the loft to stand by the Christmas Cross... Sir whispered in my ear.. "get the whip" ........ god He didn't have to tell me twice.. i was soon up on the cross.. feeling oh so Christmasy ... white cross.. red whip.. and soon red ass............

And before i end... i must share with you one picture Sir took when i complained my nipple was "hot"............

maybe next time.. more than my arm will experience electro play.......... what a yummy thought !!!!

oh yeah.. it was a Saturday night fever !!!
